    My new sinter clutch

    Just had the clutch redone recently. The old one (with 180K kilometers on it) started slipping as I was getting more aggressive with it after a chip upgrade. So I decided to go for sinter one and there is one company nearby that will remake the whole clutch for just under 200 euro. You can see the results here!

      The main result that the clutch now feels much better. I can compare the upgrade to the feeling of having a short shifter instead of a standard one Anyways, one of the best things I've done on my car!

          Not at all, actually I was pleasently surprised. There is some difference, but the feeling in whole now is much better, city driving included. Also I feel much more confident with those high RPM launches.

            Do you have any specs, brand names, what they use as a friction material, etc...
            Also, do they also upgrade the pressure plate and release bearing ?

              I did not ask for specs since I was brought there by a friend of mine who is drag racing (he owns 600hp M5) and he had his clutch made there. It is working for him two seasons now without problems and that was enough for me. And when something is so cheap you do not ask too many questions. They gave me option to upgrade springs or completly remove them. Release bearing was inspected and greased by them and that is all. They said it will work just fine.

                        Mozda je res.

                        Organic disc brake pads made in Slovenia by Sinter: more feel, better modulation and less noise for MTB, road, gravel and e-bikes. Shop by brake system.

                          @zlobo Nije made in zemun

                          Price includes machine treatment of whole clutch assembly (including flywheel) plus the change of friction plates. All I can say is that new clutch bites like there is no tomorrow
