menu changes every week, so you can guess its a pain some times, looks like you can have a bit of fun though!

Its good with the higher end menus as there is more budget to play with .......Menu changes every week would be pain in the **** i have A la Carte Restaurant open Friday Saturday and Sunday but just make menus up to what i can get my hands on through the week i.e Dressing,sauces,Cured meats,Smoked Fish you know the drill

Not really no ...i am lucky i am good friends with my Veg man 7 days a week 24hr a day service and he will come to me with what is hot and not so menu planning can be prepared by cost and consitency of freshness,Higher end menus i use everything from Black Truffles ,Organic Boar you name it we put it somewhere have a cost price per meal of £20 + so lots to play with

Hi James,

Next time my brother in law(he is a real foody and owns a very nice black RS2) is over on the island we are going to give your place a try. Is there any problem getting a booking(we often don't know he and his girlfriend is coming over for the weekend until the thurs/fri) at the weekend this time of year?
