I just come back to home after 33 days of war.

it was so fancy... big bombs which can trow the sand and little stone over 2 km .

and in the end they requested smart bombs from the united states , but they were smart over civilians and kids and buildings and the result on the battle lab it was so ashamed for israel which claim that it have the army which is undefeated. i wonder why israel made restrection at theire news to capture pictures from theire side? any way who need pictures for theire tanks burning with soldiers inside and for theire soldiers runing crying can email me i have load of it , and the truth they didnt lose here just 119 soldiers they lost 340+ to sad they lier at theire nation , and to sad they just say lies. i am sad for israeli ppl that they has choose such a goverment which cosed them to loose theire yong guys in army do to private busniss for theire bosses.

I don't agree. I think Israel are a law unto themselves. They maybe use US hardware, but that's all.

I don't want to get involved in politics, but that's my opinion.

I can't believe what I'm reading here... It would take too long to explain and the purpose of this forum is the Audi enthusiast community. But I can't just sit here and read that Hezbollah is a respectable community that did themselves proud by not firing at civilians Israeli population got hit everyday by hundreds of Iranian supplied missiles !
AFAIK, they're a terrorist organization that believes that any means are good for the destruction of it's neighbour country.

Southern Lebanon is in ruins and will remain occupied territory until the International peace keeping force is ready to take over. By any military standard, that's a lost war.
And in the end, Israel's goal of setting up a "buffer" zone is a success.
After each war Israel had to wage, they won and set up these buffer zones that have maintained a sustainable peace with it's former ennemies. The Sinai desert for Egypt and the Golan heights plateau with Syria. The next buffer zone is now in place and is set to last !

This current situation is so unfair for Israel as they left southern Lebanon only to get fired at and to get their soldiers kidnapped and Gaza was given back only to get the border communities to get fired at on a daily basis as well !
So what's the point of giving land back if it only creates more violence, huh ???

And the cherry on top was seeing so the so called "poor" Lebanese refugees coming back to their homes that have been destroyed in a never-ending column of Mercedes S-Classes I've never seen so many on a TV screen !

Be smart guys, read the history of the region and by all means, don't give into Hezbollah's propaganda...

No offense meant here guys, I even have a Lebanese friend who totally agrees with my opinions about this conflict.

I have never been to war and I never intend to! I have been to Israel many times on business and I currently have no plans to go back! From what I saw when I was there, all sides (Israel, Lebenon & Palestine) are as bad as each other - NONE OF THEM ARE IN THE RIGHT. They all kill, they all get killed and none of them respect the cease fires. I therefore respectfully suggest that we outsides do not judge what we do not fully understand.

This is a car forum, not a political forum. On here we are united by a single love (it happens to be cars, but it could equally well be music or sport) which crosses and ignores all religious, geographical and economic boundaries. However, as soon as we forget that and start spouting off on a subject such as above, we are in danger

I have to say that to say Hezbolah never done any wrong doings after randomly firing 200+ rockets daily in to Israel to be quiet laughable.

Something i read the other day tho kinda pissed me off - The UK Doubling aid to Lebanon to repair this mess - Funny how everyone loves Hezbolah in there country until everything gets blown up, then they want OUR money to put things right again - then no doubt these terrorist organisations will strike at UN forces or target the British. I honestly believe they should all be left to get on with it.

Its all a big game of Chess anyway with other countries supplying others to do there deeds, the US supplying Israel while Iran supply the enemy - its just a convenient way of the US Vs Iran without actually doing it directly

Hessbolah is a part of Lebanon like are in other countrys other Organizations and Armys. In Greece we had the EAM helped to Fight the Germans who occupiing our country and we are greatfull for them. The same is now with Hesbollah;beacause Lebanon has no Army-Goverment with Balls- Hesbollah is defending their Country. Thats why they are Heroes for them as is EAM for us (and we see it not only back then but also 60 Years later).

Give us a Break. Only US and European citizens have a right for Big cars? And if you say they have money why should we help them, then why did you give charity for Catrina victims since the US have money to reconstuct everything.

by the way... israel has killed few from the red cross and one smart israel pilot has succeed to put the rocket in the midle of the red cross of one vw ambulance. i congratulate him.

our lebanese army got few attacks at theire camps while they were sleeping , and israel need them at the borders how nice.


they killed almost 50 lebanese soldiers in this war.

Somthing funny , israel used to have some spys in lebanon and most of them was from sudan to give her the moves of hizbullah so one smart from those sudans succeed to know the house of the leader of hizbullah ,then they made commandos and killed few israeli soldiers and instead of it to be half an hour it become six hours missions and they capture the leader and took him with them, in the end it found he have the same name and surname and he is a cow boy so they captured the name only.

I may have not phrased it right saying they were not killing innocents because of course they have.....

but NOT anywhere near as many as Israel.

For every 1 israeli who died in this war (mainly soldiers)...approximately 10 Lebanese died (mainly civilians)

Both sides have their issues....lets just hope the cease fire holds out until a full retreat is made.


and I am not posting on this issue again as I keep politics and cars seperate
