Dodgy or not dodgy - ebay advice

Hey guys,

Bid on some calipers on the bay of theives recently, didn't win hasten to add.
Recieved a 2nd chance offer for the item today from a different ebay account ID.
Strange, the original location of the seller was Beds UK and the new one is china. I have pasted the email which came through ebay here. (removed the email address though) Let me know if you think this is a bit scammy.....

Never happened to me before, just think it is funny that someone thinks that they can get away with it, do they think we are stupid or something, least you would do is set an account up with the same location and roughly the same name. IDIOTS

That scam came out about a day after they bought in the whole second chance offer scheme

what you need to do is register that email address on a load of gay porn sites etc so that they get spammed with loads of crap

Never buy 2nd chance, the guy probably bid against himself to drive the price up but he won so he has to offer it 2nd chance.
