Weddings are actually quite good from a man's point of view.....your suit hire costs a tenth of the dress hire and it all gets magically organised behind your back because you are not allowed to know the colours

Sod that!! Karen married me under the absolute certainty that she came far below Audi's, F1, Rallying and computers....it was part of the deal

          Cheers n

          Si

P.S. For the soppy (read beaten into submission by wife) amongst us, who pulled off the best proposal? I'll start with......

Top of a Mont Blanc, Karen standing with her back to a vertical drop. I pretend to take a picture of her, then ski down on one knee whilst pullung a red rose out of my ski jacket

In my defense, if she had said 'no' I was gonna push her over the edge to hide the evidence of the rejection :mischeif:
Also proposed atop the Aguille du Midi in Chamonix.....basically the same exit strategy...either she says yes or one of us is falling 2 1/2 miles back into the Cham valley

Sure is one of the best places in Europe to pop the question 'The roof of Europe'...though I was made to take the gondola lift to the Italian side to do it again to show I was serious
