I cant see it being the owners of the sites fault. Just ban him! Ya some of the negitives of this country kinda oooze out to others. Im just waiting till we can get organized enough to get our own autobahn. Ill make sure my kids kids kids kids wait for this.....
we live in a consumer driven society, and if someone has been mistreated in some way shape of form, then I think it's fair that they have the right to complain. Surely it can only be libelous or slander if it isn't a true statement. If any statement made on a forum is true then so be it. The company should made to pay for their inadequecies and we should expect to receive what we pay for.
I'm a git for it (just ask the wife), I'll be the first to complain if I don't get the service which I pay for! In the past couple of months my complaining will have netted some of the following:
No charge for the breakfasts at our hotel in Dublin last weekend
2 full meals for 2 at our local restaurant.
A PDA exec off O2.
A 2nd router and 3 months free line rental off BT.
And by the end of the month, a new kitchen!!
If I was to post up why I had received any of the above as a form of compensation, then I don't see it as libel or slander as they have been at fault in all cases by not supplying me with what I paid for. If they have a problem then they should train staff correctly in the first place and not use Indian call centres!
