all the functions in vagcom i use are located under 'Select control module'

Here you can select engine, the read off fault codes, use the measuring blocks, and clear fault codes.

After clicking engine, it should search for an engine controller, then allow you to work the various functions from there....

Is there somthing specific you are trying to get vagcom to do?
