In USA the VW rabbit has a I5 2,5 liter. I think this engine will be Turbocharged.

I was just thinking the same thing as Poloace, VR5 (which IMHO is really an inline engine anyway, just the pistons got pushed too close to each other! That's just me being picky about the single cylinder head VR engines though...)
Sequential turbos? I've mentioned this one before, it seems that some sequential turbo cars (like RX7 twin turbo) are big power tuned by removing the twins and replacing with a big single turbo.
As for the Supra/whatever, I'm guessing it starts with much bigger capacity than our I5 engines - and to be honest, we could all potentially throw a shed-load of boost and laughing gas at an engine to make big power, but how long will the engine last?!!
