Grill badge on a boot ?

Main stealer says I cannot have a boot badge anymore but I can have a grill badge.
Clips will need to be broken off and some double sided foam deployed.
Anyone done this with perfect results ?

Just done this on the RS2. Works fine. Oh and vagparts cannot get rear badges for the RS2...may well be same for S2

Just did this on my RS2 using a grill badge.

The clip was just attached with double sided tape. So it was just a matter of prying off the clip an put on some new tape. No problem at all.

S2 and RS2 rear badges are obsolete. Probably because there are so many Golfs and A2's etc with them stuck on.

As has been mentioned above all you need to do is prise off the clip and use new tape to fix it on.

That's bad news that the boot badges are obsolete. Some motherless f**k made off with my grille badge and gouged the s**t out of my rear badge the other night. The badge looks terrible and he / they / it also put a lot of scratches on the lacquer. I'd like to meet this individual and introduce him to my maglite.
