does anybody know what this does in regards to the above topic. the outer one lift and lowers but the inner didnt seem to do nothing

setting of light
that adjustment pointed to adjusts the angled beam of dip beam...........bringing it to the desired angle.....................if you look on wall of beam on....................................should be an angle of light shownComment
