    Ellipsoids - LHD / RHD?

...Are ellipsoids adjustable for RHD / LHD? I remember reading somewhere a while back, that the units were the same for both, and there was a lever to switch between Uk and Continental driving?

    Can anyone confirm this?

There is a lever beneath the protector housing which when moved blanks off the part of the beam that illuminates our nearside, so as not to blind oncoming foriegn traffic.
I doesn't make a RHD drive lamp into a complete LHD lamp, but just allows you to drive on the continent without putting those correcting sticker things on.

Nice one, Jas. You wouldn't have a picture of the lever by any chance? Save me ripping the units off the car to check!

Nice one, Jas! Taking a trip to Frankfurt, didn't fancy those nasty stick on jobbies.
