Just do a google search for "spyware software". Ones that come to mind as being good are;
Spyware doctor, spybot search and destroy and microsofts own anti spyware software.

I personally have no spyware or antivirus at all on my PC, it's too nosey and slows it down too much. I prefer to use a "good" software firewall that works in conjunction with my hardware firewall.
All ports locked down as tight as a ducks **** (before anyone says thats risky, it's my risk and been like this for 5 years )
