Use OE springs.
Ideas as usual differ on how long springs last. Fair to say lot longer than dampers.
150-200,000 miles.
My mates UR has 250,000 on with original springs, still reckons doing the job right.

No, they sit in a bolt in turret. Much easier to get off.
