Some kind of ecu/standalone management thing that cuts ignition sequentially, not cheap though i would imagine.

Guess and the hardwear to go with it. Anti lag especially is quite tough on hardwear!

will it need any mechanical work to run launch control and i guess the anti lag would eat turbos?

no,, you only push the button and hold the accelerator on the rpm where youre turbo starts to boost,

but antilag neds some work a solinoid to opend and close the throttle.
