So is the stock 3B cooler bigger in depth then as I have measure mine and the core size is 16" by 7.5" by 3"
Strange if the stock RS2 item is longer but not as deep. esp as the pissie of the two posted looks like they are the same depth.Dark Grey Avant

They are the same depth, for sure! I don't think I ever measured them, just happen to have both (no prizes for guessing which one I use).
Point taken about the mod to AAN inlet, I did think that was a possibility.
