glad you guys are happy in the main with the BT Broadband service etc. If you do get any hassles then PM me and I will see what I can do to help resolve them

Though I am not working directly on the BB side in BT i can say that i wish I had the performance of my old ntl service and the tech side of the BT service.

You could also consider the sky BB deals if you are an existing subscriber with just a single £40 payment for 2Gb usage cap (fair usage only business rule - i checked) if you are just browsing in the main. Should have it installed in the next couple of weeks myself to keep an eye on competition, just a shame i'm miles from the exchange, line speed is poor for me at an absolute max of about 800kb-1mb/sec
    Cheers
    David

I'd third the recommendation of Zen, switched from BT as was fed up of talking to tech. support in India, who when I responded to the question of "was my laptop switched on" with Yes, then said "please turn your laptop on"also want to check

You might also want to check www.thinkbroadband.com, they allow you to compare various providers in 3 categories, speed - reliability - customer service
