    Paul Nugent- highly recommended!

Just had my ECU fettled with by Paul...

For a start, the ECU was probably out of the car for 2.5 days in total... and in that time it went to Northern Ireland, had some magic worked into it and came back to Loughborough, all for a measly fee (in comparison to other tuning companies).

Result... the car feels supercharged now... It appears to have less lag (so long as you don't put your foot down in 4th at 20mph!) and it just pulls soooo cleanly to the redline from seemingly no revs at all! But unlike a supercharger, it doesn't die higher up the rev range. 40mph in 4th really is a laugh! It really does feel like it should have left the factory like this!

    Also, 70mph is returning 5mpg better on 99 V-power! I'm seeing 32mpg FFS!!! It didn't usually go above 27ish!

I'm soooo pleased with it...if your car is standard power, you are missing out! I'd love to have a 500bhp monster, but would be too worried about it being really laggy and rediculous mpg etc... but the car feels better in every contrivable way at the moment(in terms of SLP that is!)

Time to start chasing those scoobies away!

Nice work Phil. Been thinking about a Homefries for a while but other, more essential things keep cropping up and emptying my car account! Got a couple more jobs to do on mine before I get a remap but looking forward to it! Many people on here have gone down the Homefries route and are more than satisfied with the results. Would be interested to see what gains I can get so waiting for a local RR to open so that I can get a before and after for the remap and a few other toys as and when my budget allows

    Enjoy the Scooby killing!

Nuther satisfied customer it would seem - happy days...
The magic is all in them 1's and 0's

Not everyone gets the mpg that Phil is seeing (me included) as there is so much fun to had when flattening the carpet. They will pay for themselves pretty quickly at that rate !

      Cheers,
