Hi all just been to dudley to give my car a run on the rollers and it has came back showing 313 bhp. As far as i was concerned it was almost standard it does though have a scorpion exhaust with no cats. When i went to mrc on monday doug hooked it up to a boost gauge and it was boosting at 1.3 bar here is my graph can anyone tell me if they can tell if any other mods have been done as i have only had the car for six months thanks for your help.

Looks like the power curve that Dan's car (Dpicariello) had, same peak power too. Normal map drops the boost off after about 5k so the torque curve starts to drop. Your torque curve is fairly flat so it could indicate that the standard boost control has been overridden and so it is not dropping boost? However, if Doug had a look at it the other day I'm sure he'd have spotted that.
Check out this thread that I did to show my completely standard power curve. http://www.s2forum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=18552
You can see the drop in torque straight away.Cheers'en, AndyC

Don't want to spoil the game but according to this you have a 36% transmission loss. Either something is wrong or they have inflated your power figures with transmission losses to get to 313bhp.
If you apply the calculator used in the thread on transmission losses earlier this month then the calculated flywheel power comes out at 250bhp which is more realistic but I would not have thought would be explained by the exhaust alone.Comment

Hey mate,
As Andy says, I had a very similar experience last summer. Went to a rolling road hoping to make 220-230ish and came away with 312!!
I still am not sure what has gone on but have come to the conclusion that I have a 280bhp remap and that the rolling road was a little generous. But that's just a lot of assumptions.
If Doug has had a look then that should give you a lot of confidence. It may prove to take it for another run somewhere else and compare figures. That is what I will do but the only other 4 wheel dyno rounf here want £85 for one run!!!!
Dan
Here's my thread btw showing the power curve I got.
