Gotta say it, but apart from the Red 80 Sport, that was the best looking car in the car park!
Should have been inside!

BBS LM's. A truly beautiful wheel.
Back to bumpers
Here's what I was saying about mine. I jacked the bumper up when the 6 bolts were still loose until I started to jack the car up. Looks like mine isn't meant to go any higher.

Wooooo.........
Are your light pods catching on the bumper??? they look very tight up to the bumper?
Might just be a case of letting the mounts off a little more.
Do you have the standard IC under there?

Mine (RS2 type) was like that when it was last fitted - hopefully I'll have a chance to get it right when it is refitted!

There aren't any clearance issues that I am aware off. It fits perfectly by each wheel arch but sits abut 10mm too low at the front. This, coupled to my pierced intercooler make me thing it's had a bit of a bump at some point.
There's a standard intercooler under there at the moment (albeit with a tube of epoxy poured across the hole
). However, Bo has kindly sorted me out one of his cross-members and I have a new intercooler waiting to be fitted in the garage.

Doesn't look too bad to me Dan. They all have a gap of some sort. As long as is it level and the same gap at each end I would not worry...

I had exactly the same gap. I couldnt stand it, so i cut the original brackets, and now it is in a more than perfect level.Audi Quattro WRComment
