          5 bolt hubs
new bearings, because you will destroy the old one getting out the 4 bolt.
          New axle bolts.
New ball joint nuts, new hub carrier to strut nuts, and new brake caliper to carrier bolts. These are all one time use.
Redrill the front rotors to 5 bolt or go with bbk kit or find some S2 front rotors.
          Rear rotors you use a 2002 A4 245x10 rotor.
          Tools.

          Driveshafts are not needed.

          Simple.

all s2 have the right hubs.... the audi Q 20 v NA have only 4x108 hubs, but you may use the struth and bearinghousing.

What i found on my setups

                hi all

i found the following on my cars

cv joints on my cars from 4 cylinders where too small for hubs

I WAS RUNNING THIS SET UP ON MY 2 LITER 16 VALVE B4 AUDI 80

AM RUNNING THIS SET UP ON MY TDI AVANT B4

                s2 Hubs/bearing carriers
                s2 front brakes
                s2 driveshafts

on the TDI i have needed to use the v6 driveshaft due to fact the inner joints are not the same as S2 ones..................on the gearbox side....

depending which shafts you got there seems at least 2 thickness........inner splines for shaft might be different

only if stripped in seperate pieces can you see if interchangeable

                hope the this helps.....
if theres anything i can think of i will add

                cheers
                john
