Cancer Drug Petition

I know this is nothing to do with cars but as some of you know I am currently undergoing Chemo for Bowel Cancer, during research I have come across some research into a drug called DCA that activates the Mito-Chondria which kill cancer and has proven highly effective in some university research trials, unfortunately the drug is out of patent so the drug companies cannot make money out of it so nobody is willing to fund clinical trials, their is however a downing street petition asking the government to fund research into this treatment.
