I think there is a clause in the law that states you can kill someone for doing that! You actually choke off the air supply until they are dead I believe is the phrase used. Personally I would cut their arms and legs off and leave them on the underground for a week!

I guess its the old thing about prevention better than cure .. if itv looks dodgey .. dont park there .... i had a hit and run . on my car .. but i wasnt there .. i was parked opposite layby where vans and stuff that day parked in there obscuring road .. some moron veared a little and hit mine

That's the thing - it could even be one of my neighbours, but they don't do the responsible thing and leave a fracking note. Oh and of course I pay for the privilage to park it there
