For those who never saw Englnad beat Germany in the "66" World Cup at Wembly you will probably say so
what....but for those of us who saw the game and watched in wonder at what England did that day well...you had to be there. Being a witness at the game that year I was lucky enough t to see England itself puff out there chests and scream to the football world we are here and we will never go away. Alan Ball was one of the reasons for that announcement . Even the Franz Beckenbauer could not stop Ball that afternoon! There hasn't been a day like that for the UK since.
I thought Beckam and the lads would do it in Germany last summer but no....
