Spent Saturday morning fitting a set of new tyres onto the s4.
Tyres are Kumho's, though I forget which model, I will give some feedback on these when I have used them a bit more.
The old tyres were Kumho's and were very good though crap in the wet.
The new ones I believe are meant to be really good in the wet and average in the dry but we will see, I expect them to last a while so may as well get some that will cope with winter as well.
The alignment took quite a lot of the morning and I can say that the car was well out. It had worn the rear tyres off on the inside edge to the point of threads showing (on one of them) whilst still being well legal on the rest.
Anyway after much fidling and adjusting it is all now correct.
Can't comment on any improvements yet till I have put some miles on it but feels good so far.
