yes, u have to tear a piece of carpet to get to it. it is then hidden under a plastic cover (im talking bout UrS4) in s2 it is behind the klimabox i think...Audi Quattro WR -

which as you say is in the passagenger footwell
on the left hand side near the glove box as i recall
