We have made an enhancement so that old threads should now link from search results to the correct thread. This is not yet in place for single post links
I came across a german 2.8 Quattro on my way back from lunch, car had overheated on the guy and the coolant was bubbling like i've never seen. You could hear the coolant gurgle away and every 20 seconds or so it got shot into the overflow tank with serious force. It didnt see any obvious leaks so i assume it was head gasket? ..just incase hes still there on my way home.
