    Good bodyshops in SE London?

    Hi all

Can anybody recommend a good Audi-knowlegeable bodyshop in SE London/ Surrey area for my A4?

As I have been subjected to 1 count of vandalism and 2 counts of parking ineptitude by neighbours in the past 3 months, my previously pristine pride and joy is looking a little battle-weary. I've also got a few stone chips (including one on the rear tailgate!), plus an alloy wheel kerbing incident to clear up.

I'm wondering if there are any decent, and reasonably priced, places out there? I have a quote from Littleknocks, but would like at least a 2nd opinion. I bought the car from Fontain Audi, does anyone have any experience of their work/ prices?

Finally, do people think I should make a claim on the insurance? I have protected no claims, but I'd still get penalised wouldn't I?

Dan_b , which year is your A4 , I have one year 96 and the rear bumper had a metal brackets and last time a rental car being drived by a **** he bumped on speed 70-80 km with out pushing the brake the result was the left side bracket got bent making the bumper hit the panel and bent the floor of the boot , and i found out that audi has replaced those metal brackets with a reinforced one made from aluminium which is stronger and doesnt bent and let the bumper get in the car.

But from my bad luck next day when i went to buy rear bumper to take the car to the body shop A Blind old taxi driver , lend my front fender and the side of the bumper and the spoiler and my door and take them with him away , So i think u could know how happy i was , so i bought two bumpers instead of one and door and fender and now the car lieng in the bodyshop!! I made full repaint for it cause the rest of parts been scratched by beloved ppl
