Top Gear have just done a crash test of the Gwiz electric car, which is currently selling very well in London - I see these all the time now. They're tax free, exempt from Congestion Charge, exempt from parking charges and Westminster Council even gives them free electricity. All in the name of "going green". Except this thing is a complete death trap. Check this out.
