Actually - I think it looks rather cool. Sure it ain't no DAX Cobra, but if it can be built to a high standard for 7500 then its about half the price of a decent Cobra done right.

The choice of donor car is rather good too for visitors to this forum - heheh but I'd go for a 7A engine myself. Thats twakable to nearly 200bhp which would be hellish fun in a RWD 550kg package.

        mmmmmmmmmmmmm

Nah, I passed up on that as I've just been offered a 1986 Audi 80 Sport with a very genuine 3,000 genuine miles on the clock!!!

And there's a cheap as chips Audi 100 Sport on Fuchs alloys which is also not too far from here as well! And may have been seen by anyone that went to Curborough the other week!! I could buy the car, have the rims off it and sell it as a donor to someone who fancies building one of these!!!!

They are quite rare you know Coxy, they also have the twin pot calipers as fitted to the ur MB/20v basically Audi did them to use up parts before the new model landed.
They only came in 3 colours (red black and grey), actual name is a 100 CS Sport.
