You can change the style the forum displays by selecting your preferred style at the bottom left of the site.

No it's intake restrictor . I only see some use of it if it's connected parallel to normal intake tract. However electrical motor is too weak to add something to the engine like audi has. I think, if you remove headlamp on the audi, the air will give you more benefit than this... PPL who making/buying such stuff - have no idea how much air engine consumes...
So you can easily forget about these "bar" numbers.
