Morning..... thought my ears were burning gentlemen. Yep as most who know me are aware i bought my avant intending to build up a full RS2 replica (like Ross has) and aquired a lot of parts over a period of time. Then we (me and my mate) walked into our local scrap yard one`lucky`tuesday morning to see them bring in a RS2 on the flat bed (very very damadged).A deal was done on the spot! My mates lock up/work shop was crammed full of local lads project cars and with the RS2 it was a real squash. He wanted to do a 4x4 Golf so took lots himself obviously and i wanted the missing bits from my list for myself but as i had loads already the excess is being sold off on here. Ive been lucky to be in the right place at the right time. Just ask any of the Als mini meet lads from last tuesday if im pushed for space or not as its all now crammed in the shed and garage as my mate lost his lock up with very short notice.
