    has the UK car insurance legislation been changed??.....re-grouping's etc....

              I had started to notice certain cars insurance groups had gone a bit silly!!....

              Has this affected rates??....

              Is it still engine size/emissions and address that dictate prices??...

                      Sorry it's now 1-50, I know there were plans for 1-100 but seems like it's been scrapped
