    pistons and rods

After a bad few weeks with the clutch and the head gasket saying no to my abuse lol i am going to take the engine out and uprate most things. I was after a bit of advice on what are the best pistons and rods to go for and where to get hold of them.
I have about £3000 to spend so engine is getting the works ported polished lightened balanced most things i can think of really. Just not sure on the best pistons an rods so any help would be nice also if anybody is passing sunny shropshire and wants to lend a hand in the little job of taking an engine out you are more than welcome lol hahahahahahahahaha.

Standard pistons are good that is if you dont have an bore wear and then you will need oversized pistons such as JE, Wiseco, Mahle etc

i found tha mahle makes oversize pistons that are not forged for the 5cyl engines.they make 2 oversize: 81.26 and 81.51mm pistons.would you recommend this instead of forged pistons?are they good enough for the 500-600hp?
im interested as well,as the car is getting stripped this week and i dont know what i will be up against!!
