Flashed going towards speed camera??

I got caught by a white van from behind doing 40 in a 30. Knew nothing about it until letter arrived in the post, argued it and asked for photo evidence but the b'stards sent it thru a week later.

If it was a laser gun and they pull you over, you can ask for a calibration Cert from when it was calibrated that day (hoping it wasnt!) and has the officer had the appropriate training in that particular devise, if so...when??

thats I why I fully support the burning of speed cameras. If we make them uneconomical for the police they will take them down
