From a rolling start at 40 (i was in second, he was in third because he didnt have enough left in 2nd to bother) the s2 pulled away slightly, shifted at 7k to third, neck and neck all the way up to 130.
Off the lights - never really had a go.
Round the twisties - he certainly wasn't getting away
Verdict - near identical in terms of handling, power, acceleration.
The S2 will have a good bit in terms of top speed - and i dont think he was quite as comfortable as me in my leather racaro listening to a CD at 130, with an annoying subaru-like-sound being ragged to the right of me
