    Window Regulator

    Guys,

My driver's side electric window will not go up, it is stuck half way down and it is in the garage. I need to know the part number for the window regulator and the best place to buy this part as the main stealer is over £100!!

Other option if you don't want to spend that much is either ebay, audibits or a breakers.

Motor/Switch is fine, window will go down and is currently 3/4 way down but won't go up again! Has anyone got a part number?

Have a look on ebay they sell on there sometimes,or your local breakers although its usually the first part on a coupe that is removed as its a common fault.Ive seen them sell on ebay for upto 100 quid, and 20-40 from a non audi specialist scrapper. It may be possible to butcher a passenger side and use the pulley wheels as i believe its these that wear out,but dont quote me on that.
