I've heard a couple of milltek exhausts and I always thought them to be rather quiet in sound, might have just been me.

Has anyone tried using sound deadening material on the boot floor to help quieten the boomy sound when reving 2-3k?

Right, I got the slight blow sorted on the joint today, but like the fool that I am, I forgot to get some decent pics while it was on the ramp...

I did manage to get a short clip of how it sounds though

The camera doesnt of seemed to of picked up how deep and bassy (is that a word?!) it is, but if you play it loud you kind of get the idea!

          Looks lurvely...

Got a full system on mine (courtesy of previous owner) and it's quite bassy, but not ridiculously noisy - for a full system, and considering the thickness of it and only having back & middle boxes, plus no cat. conv. I think it's pretty quiet and I don't find it an obtrusive noise when driving at sensible speed/revs, it just burbles along nicely. When you wind it up then it does begin to howl & whail which is nice
