Detailing Demo Day 16th September - Open Invite!

On the 16th September I am holding a Detailing Day at my unit.
There will be several pro detailers there, some people selling products and others doing demo's and showing people how to correctly use a polisher/rotary etc etc.
There will be raffle prizes, food, drink etc etc.
I have requested that 50% of the money from the Raffle goes to the BBMF.

If you are stuck at a lose end on that Sunday and are a bit put off by the Rat Look and want to see how you can get your car looking like a concours winner then feel free to pop along.
It's an open invite and is free of charge.
There will be a variety if cars there not just VW's!!
(a line up of old Audi's believe it or not!!!!!!!!!!!)
and a few old Fords!! Plus a number of modern things!!

My unit is just of J12, M6!
Easy to get to!
Start from 09:30-16:00!!

Ha, I might turn up just to prove there are some cars that cannot be helped by a 'bit of detailing' (however drunk or sober your detailer is, eh Brian? )

Will you have dent specialists and leather specialists there?

Sounds to me like they have lined up a few cars which look dirty, but are really shiney underneath so it makes the detailers look good

I would love to come up in one of my cars Coxy, but I suspect my weekend passes will be all used up what with my detailing jobs I have booked for September and the ADI in October.

No problem at all fella, although I think Steve should be allowed a special 1 day pass out of Mrs Fat Audi 80 for this one!

It's rough! I don't think there is a straight panel on it and it needed a new wing and bonnet IIRC!

Seriously, I think a good hard PC / Rotary session would have it 10x better but it wlll never be perfect due to some paint issues here and there...

In all fairness as Steve says it will never be perfect but it would be nice to see how good it can be.
