you can't blame them (customers). I often queue for ages in a post office just so some old hag can act like me wanting to post a parcel is the most awkward thing I could possibly have dreamt up to inflict upon her.
"can I post this special delivery please?"

It'll be me that gets a kickin in the post office when I'm stood there with a stack of ferkin Samco boxes destined for all parts of the world - you can feel the glare of eyes into the back of your head when the queue builds up.

haha. you're right mate. especially if it's a wee one counter post office.
you might want to get yourself a courier. parcel2go are amazingly cheap and use dhl most of the time. That said I dunno if they pick up in norn oirn.--------------------------------------------------------------------
