They did, I use to have audi 100 G reg with 2.0 5 pot.

italy has tons of them, they were higly taxed on ccm, and much less on hp. many ACE engines there too.

The Volkswagen Santana that was produced by Nissan in Japan was available with a 2.0 litre 10v and a 2.0 litre NM 20v 5 cylinder.These were imported used into New Zealand in quite large numbers.The 20v was quite a good performer with 160bhp.

The B3 90 with a 2.0 five cylinder 10v (2.0 20v never sold in the UK), it's engine code is PS.

The JS engine (also a 2.0 5pot) was fitted to series 2 Coupes, 100's, series 2 80's and series 2 90's between roughly 1983 - 1987.
