    ****, accident

    Just to relief the pressure....
Had an accident this morning hurting my belovered S2 coupe.

Came of the motorway behind an other car.
Slowed down to almost standstill at the T-junction.
Looked left, one car, far away. Checked the car in front, it was still rolling and it looked like he was going on and turning right (as I wanted).
I checked the car on the left again and then when I looked in front the brakelights on the car in front of me where on.
Hit the brakes but it was too late.

Right headlight glass broken, right indicator gone, right foglightglass OK but mountingpoint broken, right side grill part of bonnet pushed in slightly and bumper cracked on the right side.

I think Ihit the car infront with the righthand headlight washer, it was push up cracking the headlightglass, indicator and bumper.....

I will bring the car to the shop this afternoon to look at the damage more closely.
I am a bit worried about the availability of the bumper though.
Anybody experience on repairing a seriously cracked bumper??
Anybody got a laserred S2 front bumper??
    No power, no glory!

Sorry to hear about your bump mate.

Why not make a negative situation into a positive opportunity and fit an RS2 bumper. You might aswell fit a bigger intercooler while you are messing about with the bumper too. If you are gonna be doing all of those modes, why not just throw a new turbo on it too etc etc etc

Needed a new rear bumper on a 16v coupe last year... think it was £300 plus vat plus fitting plus painting... but was someone else's insurance... All Audi in Bristol had a second hand one for about £100 inclusive.
      SOLD !

You can still get the bumpers from audi, but they are ~£400, headlam ~200 although you can get the glass AFAIK, I have etka if you need a part# as i know my audi dealer are crap! oh no sir, we dont do that you need a 300 quid power steering pump, ok so what about # xxx..., ' oh yes sir that is available, £22.80 less your discount' Ok, well that is the seal kit i just asked you for... 'hmmm?' LOL

OK OK, so yeah, they are available new, but expensive, I may consider selling mine to you tho, it is pearl white, a year old (wasnt me that broke the old one!) but if you want it painted, father is probably the best painter in the area... I would need your old h/lamp washer or, something similar to make sure it is the correct shade though.

Anyone got an RS2 one for me? front and/or rear?
