i have been aquiring rs2 parts which include k24 7200 turbo, rs2 intercooler, rs2 inlet manifold, 034 motorsport exhaust manifold, rs2 injectors, new fuel pump. How much bhp realistically would i get out of the engine safely without changing internal components????
The RS2 turbo is the weak link in that chain. Could still get you 380bhp with the right mapping. Another turbo, such as the 3071 would very likely get you 420+ with the other bits that you have!
'93 S4 Avant now back on the road complete with new shiny go faster bits.

have a quick search , there's a plethora of info regarding rs2 upgrade options. pricing performance, limitations etc, 380/390 then you'll have to buy a few more internal bits before the torque bends the internals
That pic takes me back a few years, I still have one rod on the shelf as an ornament!
I think we hit 2.2 Bar with the RS2 turbo when it went bang, the torque was awesome, but the standard rods didn't like it!
