I never installed the 314s. While I was in the middle of all the fit ups, I found the offsets for the 323s were the same as the 314s. Since the 314s were not centered on the pads, and the 323s were I used those and sold the 314s. It was not going to make any difference as far as wheel fitment, but I was gaining better braking by increasing the torque. Besides, here in the states, the 323s were sold on the A8s, whereas the 314s were a Euro only rotor. Made it easier getting the rotors.
