  • URS6 heater blend fault

Hi, My S6 is either freezing or boiling. I was told on here before that there's a little blend flap solenoid down the side of the heater box and i can't find the part number anywhere! Can anyone help please?

Not sure whether this will be helpful to you in tracing the issue. Need to take into account LHD/RHD differences.

Have you tried taking to cover off the blend motor and checking that the arm moves as you adjust the temperature?

Rebuilt mine a while back using these motors, no issues since
If you put a multimeter across the pot, you can see if there are any dead spots, you can take the pot apart and clean the tracks with some IPA and a cotton bud, but it is a bloody pain to get them together again

I took mine apart and cleaned with new grease and all has been well for me for 7 years
