Auto gearbox leak

Hi,
after having my audi cab serviced we discovered a leak from the rear of the auto gear box where part of the wiring loom enters the gearbox. I have asked on another forum but nobody has answered with the information. if somebody can elighten me to what it is and if a replacement seal is available for it, in fact any information is greatfully received as i don't want the expenses of dropping the gear box sump cover to
see further inside. Enclosed are photos/pictures with arrows to the point of entry. Vehicle: Audi Cab Final Edition 1999 2.6 auto

looks very similar to what is on a w210 mercedes,very common for them to leak and fill the plug up with atf and then start changing gears at the wrong time etc
Very easy to get for the merc off ebay or amazon
Its only a o-ring that fails anyway from memory
