Blue, Rare & Shiny B6 S4 Avant
Its not often enough that I get time to polish a bit of attention onto anything automotive these days, but the old B6 S4 got some at the weekend - its looking lush in the rain don't you think ?
I even had 'nice motor' comments from random strangers today - twice. Dunno when that last happened. For a car that cost me a sniff over 5k five years ago, must say it is still looking tremendous.
For the detailing gurus - it was bathed, de-tarred, clay-barred, paint cleansed (Meguairs), polished (auto glym) and waxed (Megs). I ran out of time to seal it but look at those water beads... mmmm shiny !
I use the 'custom wheel cleaner' from Auto Glym these days - much less harsh than 'clean wheel' - those are my snazzy 17" winter alloys & tyres - need to invest in something different for the summer methinks.
