    Nice work Steve, looks lovely.

Is it a 3B? Reason I ask is, noticed the extra door sealing rubber that runs down the rear of the door, past the lock. Deleted on later Coupe for some reason? Most 3B's seem to have this.
Prolly cost cutting like the quattro rear screen.
Just an observation Bit sad like that me

    Again, beautiful looking Coupe

      Cheers Jas,

Yes a "Heavily" modified 3B. There is a project thread for it somewhere.

Agreed :mischeif:. Coilovers with 8" springs, sits about 15-20mm lower now.

CCK from Corey. I'm sure there's a thread on here that he posted, but I can't find it. Here's a pic I took from Tonks4x4:

The ride is not as harsh as I expected. I expected comfort to drop, but it hasn't . If anything, it's improved, as I used to get pains in my lower back and I haven't so far. Roll is significantly reduced, but I went from original stock springs with Konis to this kit with Billies, so I'm not comparing new with new.

I don't have the invoice to hand - the total was thousands, but that had loads of other stuff in it too. It will all depend on whether you want legs supplied (I used my existing legs as I didn't plan on going back) and whether you want Konis or Billies supplied. Tonks4x4 paid £1,145 but I don't know what was supplied for that - I'm assuming it was for everything.

i can find the original avant suspension and then i would go for bilsteins.to be able to adjust from stock to 30-40mm lower. So i have to talk to corey for this?is he the only one that makes these?

                            Don't sell the Avus,

as I think, IMHO, they look very well.

                            Kind regards.

You'll probably need a setup with 7" springs then. Email to Corey is up and running again now, so you should get a response. I don't know where else you can get them.
