How to Clean Grey Trim ?

Can anyone suggest how to clean the grey plastic interior trim inside the D pillar at the back of an Avant which has stood for a while and has black mould stains on it ?

Tired All Purpose Cleaner and while it is cleaner, the small bits of ingrained mould are still visible.

I used a decent but sympathetic nailbrush in an attempt to clean the trim ?

Any suggestions ?

I think I used amuorall orange wipes with good results
