  • Audi S2 Coupe Track Tool

    The setup of the car is as folows:

    Highliths:
    - kevlar widebody
    - Ohlins track suspention (paid 7100 euro)
    - new engine parts (pistons + rods)
    - 5 section dry sump system + lines (paid over 6000 euro)
    - AIM dash with GPS

    List of the parts:

    The car has disasembeled engine.
    Engine is in parts: it was 430KM / 507 Nm:
    - new Pauter rods 144 mm
    - new CP pistons 82 mm
    - stock crankshaft
    - dry slump system form Repo. Oil pump 5 sections.
    - Aeroquip oil lines
    - oil tank in the trunk
    - new k26 super turbo
    - stock wastegate + stiffer spring

    Head:
    - 7A head with re-bored water lines
    - pressure vent for dry sump
    - new ARP bolts
    - supertech springs
    - extra head that was ported includes supertech valves with some minor damage from 10 years ago. Valves can be put to new head. no damage to valves.

    Block:
    - engine block form N/A 79,5 x 86,4 mm
    - rebored for stock pistons 81 mm, needs to be reboded for CP pistons 82 mm

    Induction:
    - sport air filter
    - intake (2 sections) manifold form Repo
    - throttle re-bored to 70 mm
    - custom IC (600 x 300 x 100 mm core)
    - HKS SSQV BOV

    Exhaust:
    - 3 inch form turbo to the back of the car


    Fuel Injection System:
    - 5 x RC 750cc
    - Bosch 044 main fuel pump
    - Bosch 040 fuel pump in the tank
    - Aeroquip fuel lines
    - custom fuel rail from Repo
    - AEM fuel press regulator
    - 2.5 liter swirl pot

    Electronics:
    - AEM EMS 30-1900U + harness + boost solenoid + water temp. sensor
    - 2 x stock knock sensors
    - AIM XML Pista + GPS module
    - AIM sensors: oil temp, oil press, gearbox temp, diff temp.
    - Defi: EGT before turbo, fuel pres
    - EGT gauge + 5 x probes for every cylinder

    Cooling system:
    - standard engine cooling cooler
    - RS2 radiator
    - small front cooler removed
    - silicon hoses
    - cooler for gearbox oil
    - cooler for engine oil located under rear seats

    Drive system:
    - 01E 6 gears gearbox form Audi S4 B5 with Torsen diff cen
    - front axe Torsen differential
    - center stock torsen 4:1 differential from modefied
    - rear axe diff form S2 with Torsen
    - 18x9.5" ATS wheels - 8 pcs

    Suspension:
    - Ohlins track suspention !!!
    - Eibach springs front: 15 kg/mm, rear: 14 kg/mm
    - Front and rear Audi Sport replica wishbones
    - Front and rear (in arb mount) oem subframe
    - FARB 28 mm + Whiteline rear
    - front camber plates
    - rear aluminium top mounts
    - rear incline with HR screws
    - acentric bushings for front and rear (wider axis)
    - gearbox moved to the back

    Brakes:
    - no front and rear calipers and discs
    - braking force regulator front/rear form Tilton
    - Tilton 600 floor mounted pedals !!!

    BODY KIT:
    - rear hatch + doors + front fenders, rear wheel arches - Kevlar
    - front hood GFK + second sone spare
    - polycarbonate windows (except front one)
    - driver and passenger sear moved to the rear with pedals, steering wheel (Sparco) + quick realase
    - small sport mirrors on the sides

    Other:
    - dashboard form carbon
    - FIA aproved roll-cage
    - Sabelt fire-extinguishing system
    - two bucket seats (Sparco + OMP)
    - some other goodies

    The car ready to race was 1220 kg.

    Price 26 000 euro

    Car is located in Poland, Warsaw.
