  • B4 saloon V6 bi turbo

    Well I've put this car up for sale on more than one occasion only to change my mind,but the time has come to move onto other things,namely the ford Capri I've just purchased.

    Some may be familiar with the car,it's been through several setups the latest being the 2.7 biturbo engine from an allroad.

    So the car:
    B4 TDI saloon converted to full quattro running gear.
    Re painted Porsche guards red New brakes,lines and bushes-literally everything it's needed has been done.

    Shell has done 270k however it's very solid and has been fully undersealed at least twice in my ownership.

    Engine is from an Audi allroad,it's had oil,filter,cambelt,water pump,plugs,gaskets etc

    K04 turbos on custom manifolds
    Turbos have had new balanced chra's
    Custom downpipes and exhaust with 200cpi cat
    630cc injectors
    Braided an lines and Bosch 044 fuel pump.
    OE ECU with MRC k04 map 450hp/750nm
    AEM wb 02
    Custom intake/intercooler setup
    New MAF and lambda sensors
    New ally rad and spal fan.
    All the turbo oil and water lines are AN lines and fittings.
    New bucket seats and 5 point harnesses
    Hydraulic handbrake
    Sachs hd clutch and custom billet flywheel

    There's literally too much to list from the top of my head...if anyone's seriously interested you'd be better coming to view it and have a chat.

    It still needs one or two bits doing,the main one being sorting out the really rich running at idle and hesitation.
    It starts and drives but will need to go on a trailer.
    It's 98 percent complete and will be an absolute weapon when it's sorted.
    I've made sure it will still be road legal,it sailed through it's last mot which was less than 200 miles ago.
    It's been garaged for the last 6 years.
    The paint is fresh but has a few marks and fisheyes in it.
    It needs one of the gearbox mounts fabricating.
    The Speedo needs sorting out,I can't get the Digi dash to work with the oe gearbox sensor.
    The ign live needs swapping as it needs the key fully removed to kill the engine.
    Comes with a new tailored car cover.
    I'll add more as I remember just what's gone into it...it becomes a blur after all the years

    Considering its technically a project I'd be looking for somewhere around the 7k mark However sensible offers will be considered

        I've finally found the time to sit down at my desktop PC to give a full spec of the car...trying to type out something that long winded on a phone is not for me

        So...
        Engine:
        2.7tt from an audi allroad
        New waterpump,cambelt,tensioner,plugs and oil/filter
        New cam cover gaskets and half moon seal kit
        New inlet manifold gaskets
        New 02 sensors
        New crank sensor
        Working egt sensors
        Custom manifolds and 2.5" downpipes
        K04 turbos with new balanced chra's
        AN oil and water feed/return lines
        4 bar fpr
        S4 alli radiator with 300mm spal fan (it still also has the viscous fan)
        AN6 braided fuel lines
        New bosch fuel filter
        Bosch 044 fuel pump
        Siemens Deka 630cc injectors
        Mrc mapped ecu (immobiliser has been coded out)
        New bosch RS4 maf and K&N filter
        Single forge B/O/V
        Twin fmic's
        Egr and secondary air injection has been removed so could do with coding out
        No rear 02 sensors currently fitted,again they could be coded out
        3" from the y pipe back to the rear diff with a magnaflow 200cpi race cat
        Single 2.5" center box to 3" rear pipe

        Transmission/drive line/braking:

        01A gearbox
        FCP billet flywheel mated to a sachs 707 pressure plate and HD disc
        New slave cylinder
        Full v6 running gear (prop,diff and subframe etc)
        Rear pcd adaptors
        5 stud hub conversion on the front
        16" avus wheels in gunmetal grey spaced 25mm on the rear and 15mm on the front
        Solid subframe mounts on the front,AK motorsport poly mounts on the rear
        Poly bushed all round
        50mm lowering springs all round
        AK motorsport engine mounts
        New rear discs,pads, flexis and lines
        New front discs and pads,the discs are a6 318mm discs from memory with Audi tt twin pot calipers
        B7 brake servo conversion
        Hydraulic handbrake (also has the cable brake for road legality purposes)
        ABS delete and adjustable bias valve fitted in the cabin.

        Interior:

        Acewell digital dash
        Coolerworx short shifter
        AEM wideband 02 gauge
        Stack oil pressure and water temperature gauges
        Battery isolator switch
        New sparco sprint seats and 5 point harnesses
        3 spoke wheel on a spaced boss
        No rear seats (but will come in the sale)
        Battery is in the wheel well along with an extinguisher.

        Exterior:
        Painted Porsche guards red with black roof and spoiler,as mentioned the paint isn't perfect.
        Genuine aluminium sport rear spoiler
        V6 front and rear bumpers
        Has had replacement front wings
        Rear arches have been rolled out.
